The idea of ​​its implementation started from the needs of the METHODOS Secondary Education Tutoring Center in Oreokastro, Thessaloniki, which was looking for a way to achieve the best result for all its students and in general to give answers to the following questions:How will the performance of each student entering the Tutoring Center be improved?By what criteria will classes be created that are homogeneous in terms of student level and why?How can the administration monitor the educational work that is "produced"?How to create a common educational culture throughout the organization that will be based on the continuous improvement of all stakeholders.How will the work of all parties in the educational process be evaluated?
